Thank you for choosing our hotel. Please find below the sales conditions related to your booking:

A credit card number is required to prepay your booking in the total amount.
The rates do not include the city tax. City tax is 4.50 EUR per person per night.
The total price of accommodation will be charged on reservation date and is non-refundable.
In case of cancellation or modification the total amount will not be refunded.
Check-in time is from 14:00, Check-out until 11:00
Note that children age 0-3 are free of charge, children age 4 and older are charged 100% of the adult rate. Please include them in the number entered in the No. of Adults box.

Cancellations for Hotel Palazzo benci should be made AT LEAST 24 HOURS before your expected arrival time.
Where an advance deposit/booking fee has been paid, this is non-refundable.
In case of cancellation less than 24 hours prior to arrival or in case of no-show, one night-stay per room will be charged on your credit card. Fair dates different!

Payment due upon arrival. The stated price in foreign currency is only indicative. The final price depends on the conversion according to the daily exchange rate on the day of payment and any bank charges for the transaction.
